Mel Goldenberg, President

Mel Goldenberg is the President of TechLaw Solutions, Inc. He provides strategic business direction and leads the day-to-day operation of the e-Discovery and information management business. Mr. Goldenberg brings nearly 30 years of relevant litigation support, information management and computer technology expertise to the company. An industry leader, he was senior vice president and general manager of the Legal Information Management Services Group at Aspen Systems for 18 years. He co-founded and was senior vice president of Uniscribe Professional Services. Prior to joining TechLaw, he was COO of U.S. Legal Solutions, a provider of customized litigation support consulting services.
Mr. Goldenberg was a founder of the National Association of Legal Vendors (NALV) and served as chairman. He has been a member of the LegalTech (ALM) Vendor Planning Board since 1996. He holds a B.S. degree from Boston University.
Chris Anzivino, National Director

Chris Anzivino is a highly experienced Senior Manager and Executive whose exceptional track record of client satisfaction and proven leadership in the Litigation Support and Electronic Discovery industry is built around his knowledge of electronic discovery processes and methodology, as well as team building skills that include mentoring and recruitment. He successfully handled client requests in a fast-paced environment, coordinating services with the production team and customers.
Brian W. Eaton, Vice President, Operations & Technology

Brian Eaton heads TechLaw’s discovery processing centers. His areas of expertise include database design, large database building, litigation support system design, and systems integration. Mr. Eaton began his career at TechLaw in 1983 and served in various project management positions before assuming his current responsibilities.
Mr. Eaton holds a B.S. from the University of Maryland.
William Heglund, Vice President

William Heglund is responsible for business development for government sector information management services. Mr. Heglund joined TechLaw in 1984 following a career with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) where he was a branch chief in the Mobile Source Enforcement Division.
Mr. Heglund holds a M.P.A. from American University and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological University
Robert A. Weissman, Esq., Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary

Robert Weissman is responsible for all of TechLaw's corporate legal matters and oversees the firm's contract administration and human resources activities. Mr. Weissman began his career as an attorney with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and joined TechLaw in 1985. He held various positions in the firm before becoming general counsel in 1989.
Mr. Weissman has written and spoken frequently on environmental law matters and has taught on the use of computers in the law at the University of Maryland. He has served as the vice chairman of the Virginia State Bar, Corporate Counsel Section, and as chairman of the Corporate Counsel Section of the Fairfax Bar.
Mr. Weissman holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.S. in engineering from Swarthmore College
Jay Stromberg, Director of Marketing and Business Development

Jay Stromberg is a marketing and communications professional with more than 15 years experience in the legal market. Mr. Stromberg began his career as paralegal at an AmLaw 25 firm in New York and has since held positions in marketing, product management, sales, and business development at leading e-Discovery, practice management, and billing & accounting providers. He has been involved with many industry planning groups, including the LegalTech Vendor Advisory Board.
Mr. Stromberg holds a B.A. degree in English/Communications from Binghamton University.
